Introduction to Team Coaching
“Team Coaching” is the next frontier of the coaching profession. Yet, what exactly is it?
Traditional team building has existed for years; what makes team coaching different? How do you
distinguish team coaching from individual coaching? What are the skills and competencies required
for success as a team coach? This highly interactive and experiential workshop addresses these
issues and more. Based on the Team Diagnostic™ model and a “systems” approach
to working with teams, this program explores the role of the Team Coach as a catalyst for creating
high performing, sustainable and inspired teams. Geared to both coaching and OD veterans as well
