  • With the Team Diagnostic Assessment the focus is on the team as a whole. The process encourages team buy-in. It is an ideal companion with one-on-one coaching.
  • The assessment is more comprehensive than standardized questionnaires. The Team Report provides a variety of graphic images and data tables that allow you to drill down with the team into the issues that are most important for the team’s development.
  • The assessment is in 9 languages with more on the way. You have a global community of trained, authorized facilitators in 20 countries.

    How to become an Authorized Team Diagnostic Assessment Facilitator



    A comprehensive, blended-learning model to prepare you to interpret results of the assessment and on-going team coaching. Training is a combination of in-person, experimental work, ideal for practice coaching of live teams in scenario situations, and distance learning. The online training is 12 weeks that include 7 web and phone bridge sessions (recorded for those who have scheduling conflicts) and 5 weeks of self-study—ideal for in-depth focus and community building with other facilitators and a chance to share resources and best practices.
