Our Team
Alexis Phillips, Chief Technology Officer
Alexis is a pioneer in the field of organization and relationship systems coaching, an experienced
organizational systems team coach, and creator and developer of the TCI Team Process. Alexis brings
more than 15 years experience in team selection and development to her work with Team Coaching International. A partial
listing of clients includes: Oracle, Microsoft, Corbis, ITP, Compaq Computer and Market Tools. She is the co-founder
of the Work Group and Team Coaching(SIG) for the International Coach Federation. She is also a Member, Society for
Human Resource Management (sm)and American Society for Training & Development.

Phillip Sandahl, Chief Coaching Officer 
Phil Sandahl, Master Certified Coach, is an internationally recognized coach, trainer and author. He is a senior
course leader for The Coaches Training Institute and co-author of “Co-Active Coaching” often considered
the leading textbook on coaching now its 2nd edition and translated into multiple languages. In addition, Phil sits
on the faculty of the Center for Right Relationship where he is an instructor in Organizational and Relationship
Systems Coaching. Phil has been a coach and trainer for 11 years with clients around the world. He is co-founder
of Team Coaching International, and co-developer of the Team Diagnostic™ Assessment. Phil has extensive
experience working with coaches and teams in organizations around the world, including: Bank of America, Johnson
and Johnson, the United States Navy, and Capgemini. Phil is a native of Minnesota and currently resides in
the San Francisco Bay Area.
